Cancellation Policy

At Receptive Minds we know how difficult it is juggling all of the balls of life. You will get sick, the kids will refuse to go to school, the dog will need to go to the emergency vet. I get it and I got you! This business is built on the foundation of doing what we can, when we can. If you book a session with me and you need to cancel then please give whatever notice you can. I will do my very best to work with you to reschedule at a time convenient for you within the next 4 weeks. I extend this extreme flexibility to you, hoping you will grant me the same grace when I am sick, my kids refuse to go to school or there is an emergency vet visit!
