We offer services for adults and children, and welcome NDIS participants with self‑managed or plan‑managed funding to use their supports with us.

Discovery Call
Free (20 minutes)
Online

Finding the right counsellor is a bit like finding the perfect pair of shoes — it has to feel just right. A free discovery call gives us a chance to see if we’re a good fit and ask any questions before you step in.

Initial Session
$150 (60 minutes)
Online

The initial session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, explore your concerns, and understand your hopes and goals for counselling. It’s a safe, supportive space to begin building a path forward together.

Counselling Sessions
$150 (50 minutes)
Online

You’re never locked into a set number of sessions — you’re welcome to come and go as it suits your needs, knowing the door is always open when you’re ready.
